Seeking Customer Care Consultant
Job Position: We are seeking motivated and career driven individuals interested in joining a world-class Customer Care team centered on delivering exceptional technical phone support to our customers.
Job Description: A Customer Care Consultant will handle technical and usage questions for our complete line of business management products. Duties would include:
- Answer and log customer calls, identify problems and provide long-term solutions.
- Document solutions and build internal Knowledge Database.
- Support/Consult/Coach customers on the appropriate solution to their unique needs regarding software.
- Present a positive and professional image to customers.
