Seeking Training and Documentation Specialist

Job Position: We are searching for a full-time Training and Documentation Specialist for Digital Gateway.
Job Description: This role would report directly to the Director of Training and Documentation and be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training classes and manuals for all Digital Gateway products and services. Duties would include:
  • Conducting analyses and measurements on training effectiveness
  • Recommending training initiatives to improve internal and external training retention
  • Delivering online and classroom training
  • Writing documentation for all of Digital Gateway's products and services
  • Presenting a positive and professional image to clients
  • Some travel will be required
Ideal Profile and Skills:
  • Minimum of four years of formal adult training experience in group settings
  • Experience in developing technical training curriculum
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles; Accounting degree preferable
  • Small business experience
  • Knowledge of a basic accounting software package (e.g. e-automate, Quick Books, Peachtree, GreatPlains, OMD, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially and other training related software products
  • Experience with computers
  • Business degree or related bachelor's degree required

Seeking Customer Care Consultant

Job Position: We are seeking motivated and career driven individuals interested in joining a world-class Customer Care team centered on delivering exceptional technical phone support to our customers.
Job Description: A Customer Care Consultant will handle technical and usage questions for our complete line of business management products. Duties would include:
  • Answer and log customer calls, identify problems and provide long-term solutions.
  • Document solutions and build internal Knowledge Database
  • Support/Consult/Coach customers on the appropriate solution to their unique needs regarding software.
  • Present a positive and professional image to customers
Salary & Benefits: Our product is a business management software application that requires a basic understanding of accounting practices, databases, and enterprise computing. Some travel to customer locations may be required. Salary is commensurate with experience ($10-$18/hour). Prior call center experience is preferred. Some accounting background is desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a must.
