e-info e-info™ is an add-on module for the e-automate business management system. With it, dealers can set up and manage their own e-commerce web portal to share information with their customers. Because e-info is fully integrated with e-automate, all information shared via e-info automatically updates in e-automate.
 
Remote Tech Remote Tech is an add-on module for the e-automate business management software solution. It gives field service technicians the ability to get information, manage service activities, and input data while out in the field using their notebook computer. Information can be shared with the home office in real-time via the Internet or service calls can be handled offline and synchronized with the system later when the technician chooses.
 
Digital Taskforce Digital Taskforce is a revolutionary platform upon which organizations can significantly automate core functions of their business. The system is fully integrated into the e-automate business management system. It acts as a virtual taskforce you can hand-off projects to so you can spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focusing on the critical success factors of your business.
 
Digital Barcode is an add-on module for e-automate allowing users to print and scan barcode labels to better manage parts, supplies and equipment. Using a handheld PDA with a barcode scanning attachment, users can quickly scan incoming, outgoing or warehoused inventory, then sync the information with their e-automate system. When data doesn't match-up, a report is generated to let users know there is a discrepancy. Using Digital Barcode will keep your inventory pinpoint accurate and shave hours if not days off of taking physical inventory.
 
Based on our experience helping hundreds of e-automate users optimize e-automate, we have developed an assessment tool called Digital MRI to identify key critical measures every owner should be measuring to see how well e-automate is being utilized and how it can be better utilized to increase efficiency and profitability. Digital MRI also warns e-automate owners of potential problem areas before they become costly emergencies. This assessment can be used by any owner of e-automate anytime they feel it is necessary.
